Snacks are provided in the expo hall and at different receptions, which will be listed in the final program. - How can I find out what’s going on around town?
Check out the Visit Orlando website for information on restaurants, shops and things to do. Onsite, the Host Committee booth is a great place to find out more! It’s staffed with local members who know the area best.

- How can I make my travel arrangements?
The closest airport to the Convention is the Orlando International Airport
We have secured group rates at the following hotels. Guests will receive special rates through May 20. Rooms and rates available after that date will be up to the discretion of the hotels. Please be sure to book early, as rooms tend to sell out.

EDUCATION
- Are you offering preconvention workshops?
Yes. - How do I get my CNE?
Attendees must complete an evaluation for each session for which they are applying for CNE credit, as well as for overall Convention attendance. To complete your evaluations, log into the session HUB during or after the Convention.
NETWORKING
- Can anyone attend the President’s Party?
All registered Convention attendees, and one-day registrants (over 21 years of age) who have registered for that day can attend the President’s Party. Don’t forget your badge!

WAYS TO STAY COOL IN ORLANDO
- Drink Water – 32-64 oz. for every hour you’re outdoors. Drink even if you don’t feel thirsty, avoid alcohol, and, look for the convenient water filling stations inside the Rosen Shingle Creek.
- Dress for Heat – Wear lightweight, light colored clothing. Wear a wide-brimmed hat, bring an umbrella, and apply sunscreen to exposed skin.
- Slow Down – Avoid hard physical activity during peak heat hours or adjust activity during cool morning or late evening hours.
- Get a Ride – If you feel you are unable to walk outdoors, use alternative transportation such as Uber, Lynx, or Taxi.
- Take Indoor Breaks – Enjoy the air conditioning.
