This dynamic conversation will explore workforce challenges, such as burnout, turnover, and staffing shortages, and their impact on care quality and provider well-being. Panelists will highlight the power of interprofessional collaboration and the Midwifery Model of Care in creating more holistic, equitable systems of support for birthing people. We’ll also examine critical health concerns like infant mortality linked to environmental toxins and preeclampsia, with a focus on the structural and clinical changes needed now, and misinformation.
